Refund policy

Easy Skates, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return and refund process as clear and straightforward as possible. We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all accessories, components, and original packaging included. Products showing signs of use, improper installation, modification, excessive wear, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a return.

Please note that used products, modified items, gift cards, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, the applicable return process will apply.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
