Easy Skates, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Whether you are purchasing our self-jacking vehicle recovery skates for professional vehicle recovery, garage operations, workshop use, or personal vehicle maintenance, we take great care in preparing and dispatching every order.
We offer Free UK Delivery on all eligible orders, so you can receive your vehicle recovery equipment without additional delivery costs.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of payment being confirmed and delivered within 1–2 working days of dispatch, so most orders arrive within 2–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or during UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Dispatch is subject to stock availability and courier collection schedules.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, whenever tracking is available. Please allow time for the courier to update your tracking details after collecting your parcel.
Free UK Delivery is available to eligible UK delivery addresses. Certain remote locations, including some Scottish Highlands and Islands addresses, Northern Ireland, and other areas outside standard courier coverage, may have longer delivery times or different service availability. Any applicable restrictions or additional charges will be communicated during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, unexpected demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Please ensure that your full name, delivery address, postcode, phone number, and contact information are accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may result in delays. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
Our self-jacking vehicle recovery skates are constructed from heavy-duty galvanised steel and require appropriate handling during transportation. We carefully prepare and package each order to help protect the equipment during delivery. Upon arrival, we recommend inspecting the packaging, skates, and included lifting bar before using the product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at zaynchaudry15@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where possible. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will assist in investigating the delivery with the courier and work towards an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.
If your order experiences an unexpected delivery delay, please contact our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the shipment, provide updated delivery information, and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
